Life is full of stress, especially for foster carers and the children in their care. Emotional resilience is the ability to manage stressful moments. It is something that we are all capable of. However, we can also build it up so that we are able to bounce back from stress more quickly. This course will help you to learn more about this process, both for yourself and the children in your care.

In this course, you will learn:
- About emotional resilience and what it is.
- Why it is important.
- How you can help your foster child to develop it.
- How you can further strengthen your own.
